Return & Exchange Policy

Our customer service policies are straight and square. If you are unhappy with the products or the services of JerryMouse.in, you can return the goods/merchandise to us within 10 days.

You can get refund amount of your ordered products or exchange the products under the following circumstances:
• If there is any manufacturing defect in the product.
• If we have shipped a wrong product other than the ordered product.
• If goods/merchandise got damaged during transit.
• If we are not able to provide you with a replacement for the returned product.

Do’s and Don’ts
Drop a mail mentioning your order ID to customercare@jerrymouse.in.

You have to send back the product through courier within 30 days from the date of product received. You also must send back all the original products, documents, packing, and any other special accessories attached with it. Along with the product you need to send back the freebies associated with your order in an undamaged and in unused condition.

All the courier charges you spend for returning the product will be redeemed as JerryMouse.in’s redeem points to your JerryMouse.in account. Return/Refund of goods/merchandise is subject to the inspection of JerryMouse.in quality checking team. Refund/exchange will not be entertained under JerryMouse.in’s return policy, if there are damages due to neglect or improper handling. Special promotional offer rules may override "JerryMouse.in’s within 30 Day Returns Policy."
